The Regional Children’s Centre is an accredited children’s mental health centre working in collaboration with children, youth, and their families who are experiencing mental health and/or developmental concerns. We offer a variety of programs and services that are flexible and designed to meet the individual needs of each child and family.
What is a Family?
Families are big, small, extended, nuclear, multi-generational,
with one parent, two parents, and grandparents.
We live under one roof or many.
A family can be as temporary as a few weeks, as permanent as forever.
We become part of a family at birth, adoption, marriage,
or from a desire of mutual support.
At RCC we believe that members of your family play an important role in your child/youth’s journey to wellness. We believe that families are our partners in developing a treatment plan that responds to the needs of your child/youth.
