Lynn Lee
Lynn Lee is the Board Chair of the Hôtel-Dieu Grace Healthcare Foundation, leveraging over three decades of expertise in leadership, governance, and strategic initiatives within the utility sector. Since joining the HDGH Foundation board in 2019, Lynn has served as Board Director, Vice Chair, and contributed to the governance committee.
In her role as Manager, Strategic Performance Management at Enbridge Gas Inc., Lynn oversees the development and implementation of key performance indicators for executive and senior leadership while also managing the preparation of presentations for the executive team and Board of Directors, focusing on safety, reliability, financial performance, growth, and regulatory advocacy.
Her experience and impact on strategic efforts includes mitigating $42 million in potential financial and regulatory risks through optimization and cost recovery recommendations to utility executives and leading a turnaround project that delivered results in nine months to save $3.5 million by safeguarding the Energy Conservation portfolio from further audit and financial exposure. Lynn also managed the centralization of financial accountabilities by transitioning roles and forming a cohesive Finance team to improve efficiency and reporting consistency. She has optimized nearly 300 merger-related initiatives, spearheaded the development of a five-year customer engagement roadmap, and earned executive recognition for exemplary performance in numerous strategic projects.
Outside of her professional career, Lynn possesses a Bachelor of Commerce and Bachelor of Arts in Psychology from the University of Windsor, and a Change Management certification from Colorado State University. Lynn’s commitment to community engagement began while attending university where she was active in fundraising and volunteer efforts with organizations such as Big Sisters and Gallaudet University for the speech and hearing impaired, reflecting her dedication to supporting diverse causes and fostering positive change.
Lynn is married to Michael and they have two children. Together, they have modeled the value of community involvement and positive impact. Lynn remains committed to making a difference beyond her work, participating in local initiatives and motivating others to contribute to their community’s well-being.
